      Aparently a seafarer in Tamsui saw a giant sea creature between Tamsui and Nagasaki. It appeared to have scars all over its body.
      The scholar in Anping heard this story and is worried if the creature's life isn't in danger. So they've made a request for an investigation.
      If you're confident in your biology knowledge, then go ask the seafarer for details.

                            Been on it for 40 minutes at the location provided above and still no hit- R7 recog, R8 bio.

                            Nevermind super late falling asleep at keyboard durped like a noob and was using recog instead of eco skill. Been doing Geo quests for almost 2 days, clear sailed over my head that I needed to use Eco.
