Flower that blooms on the surface of water
Ah, the ones in bloom at the marsh, right? Mean to say you haven't seen them--what a pity. Stunning they are. But with little rain this year, may be difficult to see. Some of the younger ones in town are known to hunt, and so may know those areas where sufficient water remains.

Swamp hidden in bushes
Search the marsh? Ah, you mean to see the water lilies, then. Problem is marshes in this area have pretty much dried up. What remains is in the disembarkment area north of town, become kind of a thicket. Resembles a bog more than a marsh, though. As for water lilies, well...

Swamp that is almost gone
If it's the marshes remaining north of Mogadishu, water lilies way well be in bloom. Disembark and check the place with the blooming white flowers in the north.

  A pond lily only found in the tropics. It blooms with a multitude of brilliant flowers. It would be nice to take it home as a decoration, but it withers as soon as the temperature drops.
