Perhaps to help someone else complete the chain? A lot of people can't hit r8 art for this.

I don't think it's repeatable, most chain prequests aren't, but I haven't personally tested it yet.

I was looking for this quest forever before I got locked out of game because Gpotato wouldn't fix the game launcher issue. I forgot about it until now and don't remember why I needed it? ...But will do and see what comes of it...
