1. Hero in the heart
Alexander the Great? Are you talking about that Greek king? I've heard his name mentioned by adventures who visit my shop. He must have been quite a person to have so many fans. You're probably better off searching at the source.

2. The king sleeps in Alexandria?
Alexander the Great's grave? That's in Alexandria, right? Come to think of it, there are a lot of towns that bear Alexander the Great's name. The people in those towns might be fooling everyone. Why don't you go see for yourself?

3. The legend cannot be proven
As you mention, there is a great king buried here in Alexandria. However, there is no actual evidence of who it actuallly is. No coffin has ever been found either. Since he died in Babylon, he may have been buried near the city.

4.An eccentric idea
I've heard that Alexander the Great's body was carried to Alexandria from Babylon in one day. There's no way they could have done that in just one day while he was in a coffin. It's possible that they left the coffin here. In any case, they wouldn't have been able to get to Alexandria in just one day.

5. Behind the scenes
You may actually be right. Alexander the Great was know to travel throught this area frequently and there have been discoveries that are related to him. There is a possibility that he was carried through here from Babylon to Alexandria.

6. Northern Beirut
Any roads that could have been used for marching troops? Well, there's something that resembles a road on the outskirts of town. Several battles took place there in the past and I've seen a lot of adventurer types like yourself around there.

7. Death of a hero
nothing has yet been found to prove Alexander the Great's death. Although we can't really rely on what the rest area owner says, we should check the area that was used to march troops. It should be in the outskirts of beirut. We might find something that explains how Alexander died.
