Can I find this quest if i'm locked in adventure job? No where to change jobs out here...

I don't know about the quest, buy you might want to try registering colonies for some of the older guilds. Some of those colonies have a building that allows you to switch jobs.

Two things.

1. You can pull any job quest, regardless of your current job, so long as you meet the fame and skill requirements.
2. This quest has a strict requirement of r5 Crafts Trading. Not sure why it isn't showing that in the Required Skill pane at the moment.

Does it have to be base r5 or can it be pulled if you have r5 through boosters?

Boosters work fine for this, and any other job quest with skill rank requirements.

That's weird I see this job but i don't have crafts trading at all o_O

Lately, several other job quests have been reported as showing up despite players not having the right skill level(s), or having the appropriate skill(s) at all. Either something's changed with recent patches, or everything taught to players previously that "you must have X skill rank to make the job appear" was mistaken.

Note that some jobs do actually require the listed skill rank to complete them via NPC talking. I'm not sure if this is one of them, but it seems now like appropriate port permits, a good dose of fame in the right category (merchant for trade jobs, etc.), and pre-quest/discoveries (if applicable) is all you really need to make job quests like this one appear.

The bug has been fixed, now R5 crafts trading showed up on the quest window.

Because this is chrono quest of 16th century, so i think should be change title to 5th period of 16th century

Comp mate pulled the quest with 25k trade fame, R2 Crafts Trading, no english, so works the same as all the other quests i presume, does not need the skills, but probbaly helps to have them.
Also he did not needed the Crafts Trading for talking to someone.
