                I did this quest and didnt get the Introduction to Sailing. do I need to plunder it from the NPC?

                2: From Rio de Janeiro just open the sails without turning, will be heading exactly South. After 3/4 days sailing East of Buenos Aires the battle will begin.
                * The item "Introduction to Sailing" for the Memorial Album is a random drop.

                Getting the "Introduction to Sailing" book is only one out of 4 random rewards you can get (the others being Ceasefire agreements, Logwood, and Cochineal) so you might have to take the quest multiple times to get the right one.
