1. Not Yet (but will be sailing over there soon!)
2. From what I've read on the OGP forum, I think it'll be Bounty NPC fleets similar to the ones offshore of Japan.

Just visited the new Hawai'i port, so here's some quick info about the area if anyone's interested:
1. Port Location - Big Island (southernmost island in Hawaii), on the southwest side of the island. (If you're approaching the islands from the southwest, this should be one of the first places you'll run into).
2. Travel time from Acapulco - approx. 20 days (+/- a few days, depending on ship speed)
3. Waves = 19; Current = 14
4. Wind Direction (Summer) = Southeast-East-Northeast
5. NPC Pirates = Located between Maui and Oahu (islands to the northwest of the Big Island), 2 "Gardner" Fleets and 1 "Bounty" Fleet (each fleet has 3 ships). All ships are Super Frigates (SF's).
