Now. The above items are indeed produced from the
Special Sewing Designs for Celebs sewing book, but it's extremely unlikely we'll see that released for Maris server. That means the only way to finish this album would be to rely on all 7 items being made available in the pay-for Cove, and then one would have to obtain them at random.
The likelihood of that happening is extraordinarily low in my opinion. Wouldn't be proven wrong, of course... but at least now you know. Cheers.

I asked a GM about the possibility of releasing the book (among others such as the Special Turkish Dress Sewing Book) for us, and he said KOEI will not allow them to. The best they can do is release the individual outfits by themselves through Treasure Cove/Cash shop. However since equipment gotten through that doesn't count towards MA, this MA will NEVER be able to be completed. I could try asking him if this can be changed, although I wouldn't hold my breath for it...

The reason I filled this info out is because somebody inexplicably had Alvero's outfit registered in their MA. Not sure how it happened but I thought it would be helpful to explain things a bit in case they (or others) wondered. Good to have an official ruling on the matter at least; I don't agree with K-T's choice, but I understand it. Oh well.

Hmm I managed to win Alveros outfit from Treasure Cove once, but it did not register for MA. Did he get it from Captains ticket?

The player was AFK so I couldn't ask them. But that is my thought and I mentioned it to Gazi too -- C-ticket would have a good chance to register MA items due to how they pop into your inventory like they do from other lotto items (Epic Pirate Feud box as an example). We'll see.
