                yes if you with someone else who has discovered them yes. if you went alone you can't.

                yes shirin is correct, but it is better to have discovered it through the quest. if you visit another dungeon, say syracuse, then you will need to be fleeted again with someone who has discovered giza to get back in ...

                Anyone know what the stars mean after each discovery here?

                It's not the 'diamonds' that you can see in the Discoveries menu, e.g. this card has more than 5 possible 'diamonds' The Ten Commandments

                ..and it's also not the value of the card in the debate deck, e.g. this card has 1 star but is worth 2 points in a debate deck.
