Is Enhanced flame shot + armouring deterioration bullet + accuracy + penetration + gunnery a good combination?

I guess this is more useful in cooperating with a melee partner, since it can exhaust enemy's water supply (i.e. surgery N/A).

Armouring deterioration bullet (ADB) does not work as well as I expected it to be. It does not always trigger on initiating fire with broadside. Each successful occurrence only reduces very small amount of armor.

I once equipped 5x master Vulkan 16 against gio's AFCV with 97 armor using ADB. after 5 minutes spamming flameshots with ADB, the average damage only increased by 50 (so moving from 50ish to 100ish), the effect was not very impressive.

Those skills (Enhanced shots and defence shots) rank up by rising lietenant traits. This skill unlocked (for Nina) at maritime 28 and 60 lietenant tratis, when it unlocked it was r7; at some point between l.t. 60 to 72(72 is it actual lietenant traits) it ranked to r8.

it rank up at 81 liutenant trats to rank 9, at 91 to rank 10.
