In northern europe fastest way to collect this ?
I always go to famagusta .. Its very far from london ..
Nantes and dublin which ones faster ?

I've always had good luck Collecting this outside Calais, at the big tree just south of the entrance. Goes better if you have R5(?) Handicrafts so you can convert the grass to oil, as well.

I didn't keep track of the exact number per hour, but I know that it was a _lot_ faster than trying to fill my quarters with veggie oil from Famagusta. I was able to go from zero to 999 in storage in the course of a lazy Saturday, and I was mostly AFK while Collecting, only checking in occasionally to re-fill stamina, convert grass to oil, and dump unnecessary collected items. So... maybe six hours? Maybe a bit more. My Collection was R6 or R7, and I was transporting them in a Trading Xebec. Hope that helps.

Africa North Coast South Mediterranean Sea (the LP just south of Benghazi) is also fantastic for veggie oil. It has grass to convert, too, and aside from mandrake (which alchemists will happily buy), very little else. I use the same table rock that people search for brooms.

or, if you in N Europe go to any landing point with a lot of grass stand just inside the landing area and procure or collect grass. Every 10 gets 1 oil. You get 3 grass per find so 1 oil, more or less every three turns

I can confirm you get best collection results for rare - higher collection rank goods. If what you're after is common grass to make veg oil, I guess you can collect that anywhere.

you don't need to be just near a landmark, you need to be butting your forehead against it when "nodding". Get as close to it as you can, you should notice immediate improvement in your collection/procurement haul.

to get common grass just enter the landing zone and use search if you only get common grass just stay there if you get rocks or other stuff change landing zone until you find one with only common grass but if you are going for the veg oil i think you would do better with collection at nantes since its 10 common grass per proc for the recipe and you can only get 1 or 2 while you could get 5 veg oil with the college skills and thats 50-25 with GS considered

South Nantes first Stacked Boulder gives more chance of getting Vegetable Oil rather than South Calais spots.

Note that when collecting, you can also turn common grass in vegetable oil with the Craftsman's training book.

At Nantes outskirts, by my experience, the collection points give:

Southwest Stacked boulders:
30% - vegetable oil
40% - common grass
30% - hemp
20% - fenel

Lone Cedar
12% - vegetable oil
73% - common grass
10% - hemp
5% - fenel

East Stacked boulders:
10% - vegetable oil
74% - common grass
10% - hemp
6% - fenel
