Getting the Sextant of Wisdom for Chapter 3 looks like quite a bit of work.

The Sextant can be found in Beirut Mosque with search 3+ (more then 3 is recommended)

Everyone who has the needed Alchemy 11 for this recipe should have no problem getting Seal of Sorcery and Ignis Solution.

But Element of Wisdom comes out of Legacy TH3. Precise Artillery Calculator and on top of that the recipe only has a 20% success rate.
