In other servers, this edition of the Sea Dragon's Robe is dropped from the Sea Monster Treasure Chest item (which is itself can potentially obtained from Ultramarine/Azure Cetus upon his defeat). Stats:

Durability 100
Disguise 30
Defense 60

Reloading +2
Penetration +2
Gunnery +2
EX Effect: Focus (Fire & Flood) R1

As you can see, the stats are identical to the craftable Sea Monster's Robe outfit but for the EX Effect.

Okay, fine. They call these things Sea Monster's Robe now. Got it. Never did understand why it was called Sea Dragon's Robe in the first place...
