This is a reward from the hidden passages of Lima and Abu Simbel. (I haven't gotten it myself as yet, so I can't confirm if both dungeons currently drop it, or just one.) Stats:

5 Disguise
6 Defense
70 durability
+1 Unlock
+1 Throwing
3k total fame and Adventure-type job required to equip

My friend sold one for 90 mil very quickly, the other for 100 mil also very fast. So i think they are worth more. If you have time to shout you can try to get more :) But 100 mil is easy sell :)

To update, these gloves can be purchased from a hidden Roman Coin shop in Abu Simbel's lower floor for 10,000 Roman Coins. That's easier than hunting through Lima, in my opinion, but to each their own.
