Well, ran the Green Doublet's Japanese text through a search engine; according to several JP blogs, it's a rare reward from Ganador battles. Here's one of many screenshots as proof:

Unfortunately, I can't tell yet if it comes from a specific Ganador fight, or not. I'm sure somebody helpful (like ReaD) will help clear this matter up in time.

you can find the green one in Ganador Exchange Box 3 its the one for 150 cannons, sails, and armour

This is actually dropped by two different Ganadors:

Francis Drake
John Hawkins

Also, the Ganador Prize Exchange Box recipes were removed from GAMA server, and have yet to be reintroduced on Maris server. Pity that.
