We are able, I got it. But don't ask me how, I only remember the last part, giving 10 dyes (I gave woad) to an NPCs near the Venice marketkeeper. Talk to carnival official in Venice square and follow the thread from there!

Since you say so, could tell us which dyes are needed for first seven costumes please?

Sorry but I don't really know. I just gave woad because it was the nearest to acquire and I don't care much about colour :-). I know tyrian purple works too and I suspect either bark or logwood as well. You can get clues by talking to NPCs around Venice. Some band members tell you things about their own costumes. Also, there's a "well-informed man" NPC, I think close to Michelangelo and Paracelsus estates that gives another clue. Also, somewhere between the guilds area and the main square there are two NPCs, a "boy" and a "girl". One of them gives a hint about a colour. Hope that helps.
