• On average modding success, it'll take you 5 of your 8 mods to reach maximum crew. Then two other mods to get your special skills (say Special Sterncastle and Rowing Assistance). That only leaves 1 mod left... not much room for good turning speed, dur or armor if you go full crew. ( 50000536 )
