- this is a very aptly named item because thats what everyone is being played for (a fool) with the price alchemists are putting on this. funny how your time and sailing is accounted and paid for but if somebody in another trade mentions it the whining begins full force rip off artists, con men and chat warriors sums up the alchemists on here ( 00300502 )

- and its not just alchemist allways bitching everybody bitches about ship prices it was just 1 alchemist questioning SB pricing because of time at sea/sailing (which includes an afk pricing because you cant play the game) well most ships can be built in minutes not weeks and i cant buy my ingredients in bazaar in Seville i have to sail round making the stuff so your going to pay for it or not allways your choice... - that one is really easy to explain. 100 def boots are really easy to get materials for. time consuming? yes, but easy. Go make red alchemy ointments, then go make gold, then go make the gloves, then go to where you have to go to strengthen them. Material costs and driving all over the world.. oh and even GETTING the alchemy skill.. you do know that 100 def boots is handicraft and not alchemy yes? I'm thinking true shipbuilders aren't complaining here, it's the same people who complain about ship pricing that are bitching about pricing on these. ( 00300502 )

- ingredients for boots(oil leather) can be produced on your farm and accessed any EU Capital to make each set of fools hands you need 10 red alch ointment (not from farm) 15 gold (not from farm) iron gloves (not from item shop) then 1 white alch ointment (not from farm) 10 gold (not from farm) 1 fools hands (not from item shop) and because the base rank of alchemy is 14max = 2ranks lower than handicrafts base 16 max = our fail rate is greater. and i cant collect white alchemy ointment for free like veg oil at a landing spot or buy it from a company shop and i can only do this recipe in london boots are easier because can be made anywhere ( 00300502 )

- I have noticed that the main difference between tarot cards and silver tarot cards seems to be the frequency of the "effect uppon expire". Just a hunch, but I think the Gold tarot cards have a much better chance of firing off the expiration effect than the silvers do. Now here's the part where somebody posts to fuss at me for taking a wild-eyed guess. ( 01501004 )

- but your in luck as there are probably hundreds more alchemists in the game than SB so more chance of finding one to bitch at about pricing but to as i have been told by SB's and am currently doing, 'if you dont like my prices go grind Alchemy and Adventure and make your own 100def hands' you will certainly learn how easy it is to lose money and wonder why the feck would i do this for anyone except myself...
