                      the sea east of Portobelo. Sortie immediately, and mop up 15
                      plunder ships!
                      Attacking them will be a good demonstration of our country's

                          Anybody know how nasty the battle is? How tough are these commodity plunderers? How many per fleet?

                          10 Battle Galleons with flame shots, using ballistics and reload. Their fire-rate is amazing and could burn any ship parts within 2 minutes.

                          This quest is good for grinding surgery, first aid, repair, rescue, fire-fighting and evasion.

                          Ah so this is the famous evasion grind quest.

                          Incorrect, they use penetration and accuracy, not ballistics and reload. Surgery cannot be grinded unless one melees, which not many will do if they're grinding the other battle skills mentioned. They also have intensive charge as their ship skill and stern carros
