Go salonica and talk to traveling scholar ( left from port official ) x3 , last convo u give him 1 meat chunk .

As with all the pet quests, you must first actually do the quest that gets you the discovery of the animal(in this case, the quest "Creature that remains hidden" that gets you the discovery "Ocelot") before the quest to obtain it as a pet will appear. Also, as with any quest, it helps in being able to pull the quest if you meet all the listed quest requirements(in this case Cooking r5 and Greek) and as well, have any listed inventory item requirements(in this case 1 Meat chunks) in your inventory(not in your Captain's bag or Binder).

In addition to the above statement, I wish to add that I have neither cooking, nor Greek, but this quest still appeared for me. Having those skills is not mandatory to pulling, nor completing this quest.
