Are you sure it's only 10k adv fame? I wasted 20 QMPs yesterday and still didn't get it (12k adv fame).

Yes, it's 10k. 20 QMPs is nothing. Turn on adv title to see an extra quest each time, and just keep trying. Make sure you have arabic, of course.
