2. Explorer's Investigation MemoAh yes, i have the explorer's report. Here it is. "The Spanish Army ruled the area of Tamsui centered in the square castle base of trade, later the Dutch Army occuppied Tamsui. The castle was also renovated, i imagine one could talk to the merchants in Tamsui about its current state and location."
3. Deserted CastlesAah yes, the current state of the castle. It's now been abandoned. Not much was done with it after Koxinga drove out he Dutch army. It looks as grand as ever from outsider, but it's a little creepy inside since no one uses it.
4. To Check LocationThis is only a rumour but they say there are ghosts and spirits inside.... Ahahah, but that just excites more explorers. You should go check it personally. You need to confirm the location, right? Here's a map. First head out of the cityand proceed towards the table-like rock.
5. Looking for the Square CastleThe square castle built by the Spanish Army seems to be abandoned now. You must go rather deep into the outskirts, so proceed cautiously as to not get lost.

if span the quest, you sell it for a price, not too low and not too high if the guy that wants too buy doesn't agree with the price then he should go fuck himself because to gather 48k adv fame is not an easy job unlike the cash which can be easy to get

Chain quests like these cannot be repeated, unless you lose the discovery card related to them. FSD cannot be made into an ornament, but with Treasure Hunting, you have the option to use a discovery card when combining clues -- if FSD appears, and if you lose the card, then you can repeat it. I did this with King Muryeong's Tomb (Songsunri). The cards you can use appear to be randomly selected, though, so it may take a while.

Interestingly enough, this quest recently showed up for a friend who only had 8915 adventure fame, and didn't meet a single quest skill requirement. I'd have really expected it to have a high adventure fame requirement, in addition to being rare and needing EA permit access.

Been burning some QMPs trying to pull this quest without Chinese (I do fleeting with someone who has it), but the quest won't showed up. I gave up, then went to Anping to take Chinese myself, the quest's then showed up without any QMPs.
The quest Leshan Giant Buddha upper showed up as well.

There is the school of thought that rare quests are more likely to show up if you have the required language and/or skills. It's just one of those things we all have opinions on, but no conclusive answers as far as I know; I say, go with whatever works best for you. Alas, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by tagging a link... sorry!

If any character you're fleeted to(whether to meet any of the quest requirements or not) has completed this quest, it will not show for you. The same goes for any quest that can't be pulled more than one time. And yes, quests, especially harder to pull ones, show much easier if your character trying to pull them meets all of the requirements, even languages. ie: the quest from the Stockholm merchant mediator "Procure food for soldiers" that gets you the Chef job card will show much easier if your character(or one of their aides) speaks Nordic as well as having Cooking r5 and 5k trade fame.

It is true that quests that are part of a larger chain, like this one, do not typically reappear for people who have discovered them, but I've had several fleetmates successfully pull quests like these despite being in fleet with me after I've found them, and vice versa (and before the steps mentioned further down this comment). Being fleeted with others really has no effect on whether or not a quest will appear for you personally; you can leech skills while on a quest, but not in pulling it.
Additionally, if you can lose the discovery card for a quest like this one (discussed in the comments section of
A culture without water ) then you can pull the quest again at any time; completing the quest again will regain the lost discovery card, thus making the quest impossible to pull until you've lost the card again.
I personally have made it a point to lose certain cards for quests like Fort San Domingo and Leshan Giant Buddha, so that I can re-pull them for others if need be. And yes, meeting quest requirements does appear to make even the rare ones more likely to spawn as long as fame requirements (and sometimes port permits) are met. There are some job quests like Tailor and Sommelier which have shown up without any skill requirements being met lately, though.

Mind if I ask for those already unlocked FSD Upper. Are there any pre-requisite quests to do aside from having Adv Fame 47k++ and skills? Do I need to do any other quests to unlock Abandoned Quest?

3. Have the listed skills (boost equips are okay), or fleet with someone who does, to be able to discover/complete quest. Note that I have seen this quest appear even without the required skills, but...
4. Chinese language (sold in Macau, or available as translation notes/dictionaries from Industrial Revolution towns) might help raise likelihood of the quest appearing. It's not necessary for quest steps as no archive reading is required, but it does seem like quests show up more frequently with the required language.
Otherwise, there are apparently no other requirements. You can take the quest without even having discovered Tamsui.

Your alts having skills does not change anything for getting quests. Most (maybe even all) quest you can get without having all needed skills and the quest checks if YOU (including your aides) have the needed skills, your alts skills do not matter at that point. You might be able to spawn the quest without having recognition 10, but it might be very hard to do, maybe even close to impossible, i have not tried. If you try: get as many of the skills as possible (incuding the lang.) and give it a go, no guarantee though. Getting Archeo 12 and Recog 10 on the same toon might be easier, or leech the quest from someone who has that.
