1. Concerning the river
A nearby river. Ahh, if it's that one, go to the outskirts and go west.
It's connected to the Caribbean Sea.
But that river will flood after heavy rains, which is troublesome.
Really should do something about that...

2. Town by the riverside
The river that the request is about is further west from the table-shaped rock west of the outskirts of the town of Portobelo.
I'll head over that way immediatly.
