                  A large stone pillar
It sounds like you are searching for a Celtic cross. The old Christian crosses in this region are apparently different from those found elsewhere. They are a combination of a cross intersected by a circle. I should think a craftsman will be able to tell you more about them.

                  Creation of the beautiful crucifix
You want to know about an old cross made from stone? I know the one, and it's quite the work of art. It has a swirling pattern of braids and old lettering carved into the stone pillar, as well as some depictions of scenes from the bible. If you want to know more you should ask someone in the church.

                  Christianity and the Celtic culture
You want to know about the Celtic cross? Well.. it goes back to when Christianity first came to this region. When Saint Patrick introduced the religion he did so with care and skill, respecting the religion that was originally here.

                  Circle, cross and giant pillar
The Celts also had strong feelings toward stone. As a result, the cross was used as a symbol of Christianity and the circle and large stone pillar used as symbols of the original Celtic culture, fused into the Celtic cross. If you want to see one then you will need to visit the Boyne Valley region. Leave town through the gate and head far to the north to get there.

Investigation of crucifix carved with the bible
Information from Dublin revealed that the Celtic cross was created through combining the Celtic culture and Christianity. Leave Dublin through the gate and head far to the north to reach the Boyne Valley and see one of the most beloved of artefacts created by religious devotion.

                    • Stone Pillar of the Celtic Cross ★★ (Religious legacy) Exp:220 Fame:75
A cross similar to many found in ruins on Ireland. The cross is carved from a large stone with a circular ring, and has Celtic designs all over it. They say a circular ring was placed on the crucifix because the cultures joined after the Celts came in contact with Christianity.
