1. Source of tin
The islands to the south-west? The round island on the east side is famous for its tin ore. They say trading ships from the northern and western countries have come to these parts. That's why there's an old, foreign shipwreck around that island. The seas are shallow there, so salvaging it doesn't sound impossible.

2. Island to the south east of Malacca
There are two islands to the south-east of Malacca. The island to the south-east is round, and is known for its deposits of tin ore. Many trading ships have come in for this, and there is a shipwreck near the island as well. The seas around the island are shallow. I should watch out.
