1. Extremely narrow channel
The Red Sea is the body of the water between the African continent and Arabian peninsula. The water is very clear and there is beautiful coral and many fish.
Some believe that the land is shaped like that for a reason... Yes the straights leading to the Indian Ocean are very narrow, but maybe that is why.
