Bronze statue of saint and beast
      No Expiration
      Athens Adventurer's Guild
Religious saints often have their images preserved in sculpture, and we would like you to find a specific one. Apparently, a region near Venice specializes in bronze works, and that's where we would like you to investigate. Visit the Craftsman in Venice first though.

              1. Works of Verano
A famous one within the past several decades would be Bartolomeo Bellano.
He created several statues of saints. A good one would be... Yes, the statue of Saint Jerome. Unfortunately, the location of this statues is not known. Ask the Craftsman in Naples.

              2. Statue purchased by the church
The statue of Saint Jerome was owned by an aristocrat in this town, but the Church in Genoa bought it.
The statue is based on the story where Saint Jerome removed a thorn from a lion's foot and befriended it. I think it's still at that church.

              3. Statue of saint and lion
There is a bronze statue of Saint Jerome at the church in the Genoa town square. It is to the right of the bookstand, along the wall.

A bronze statue by Bartolomeo Bellano. The scene of Saint Jerome taking a thorn from a lion's foot. Bronze sculptures were usually cast from molds, so copies could be made, However, this used a wax, but this one was made using a lost-wax method, so there is only one.
