What levels of enemies do you find in here?

There are no enemies (or even a dungeon, for that matter) to be found inside the Knossos ruins. Or did you mean to ask about the NPC levels of the exterior land zone?

oh ok so theirs no enemies at all in here, was debating visiting to see what else i could find with search but was worried that when i got there id get my arse handed to me by some sort of high level NPC

Understood. Although you'll often find a boss NPC and his minions standing around outside of "Ruins Interior" entryways, the interior zones themselves are safe havens -- no NPCs to be fought, and your fatigue rate stops increasing while inside, too.
