Attraction Quest: Former Naval Officer - 6* difficulty; comes from Western Europe Admin Officers (Lisbon, Seville, Marseille, Genoa, Tunis). Deliver 50 Shanty Scores to the Colony Resident. These items are sold at the Craftshop in each city where her quest originates from, except for Genoa.
Upkeep Quest: Latisha's Request - 6* difficulty; deliver 50 Shanty Scores to the Colony Resident.

Sergio - a shrewd merchant, he considers your Colony a promising new site for business operations, and is willing to immigrate... for a price.

Attraction Quest: A Merchant with Keen Eyes - 2* difficulty; comes from Western Europe Admin Officers (Lisbon, Seville, Marseille, Genoa, Tunis). Deliver 20 units of Ham to the Las Palmas Market Keeper.
Upkeep Quest: Sergio's Request - 6* difficulty; deliver 50 units of Upland Rice (sold in Casablanca and other distant ports) to the Colony Resident.

Dina - an artistic young girl with a creative flair, her father feels that given her feisty spirit, Dina would be better suited to life at your Colony.

Attraction Quest: Dedicated Artist - 6* difficulty; comes from Eastern Europe Admin Officers (Naples, Venice, Athens, Alexandria, Istanbul). Speak to the Port Official in Syracuse, then speak to the Colony Resident to conclude the quest.
Upkeep Quest: "Delivery of letters to Dina" - 6* difficulty; just speak to the Colony Resident.

Lambell - a retired Court Official. His mannerisms are curt and standoffish, but his desire to develop your Colony seems sincere.

Attraction Quest: "Former official who does not bend himself" - 5* difficulty; comes from Western Europe Admin Officers (Lisbon, Seville, Marseille, Genoa, Tunis). Speak to the Port Official in Lisbon, then speak to the Colony Resident to conclude the quest.
Upkeep Quest: Letter Delivery to Lambell - 5* difficulty; just speak to the Colony Resident.

Deborah - A young lady highly skilled in craftsmanship, she .... does crafty stuff!

Attraction Quest: "Friendly girl craftsman" - 2* difficulty; comes from Northern Europe Admin Officers (London, Amsterdam). Deliver 20 units of Lumber to the Hamburg Market Keeper.
Upkeep Quest: Deborah's Request - 6* difficulty; deliver 50 units of Western Books to the Colony Resident.

Norman - An amiable pastor skilled in the art of healing, and who loves a good cup of tea. Your Colony would afford him the opportunity to enjoy both pursuits, when not preaching sermons, of course.
