Do they stack? If you have ship speed up 1 and ship speed up 3 active is it faster than just having ship speed up 3?

It gives a 10% speed boost when turned on. It's not really noticeable by itself, but if you stack it with Ship Speed Ups 3, 2, and 1 you can get a 20% speed boost from the combined total which DOES have a noticeable effect.

As Igor said it adds 10 % speed up as sum to your total speed up whilst saling. It also stackes with Ship Speed Up 3(+5%), Ship Speed Up 2 (+3%) and Ship Speed Up 1 (+2%).

Depending on which ship you sail with, these oxford skills makes it pretty noticeable especially long voyage. Moreover, they WON'T get influenced by cargo load.

It does also not apply during sea battle.
