The same way as any skill.

r16 is max, +1 job, +1 aide, +1 saw = r19, and +1 dress if female, for r20. Craftsman's coat also exists, but is exceedingly rare, and it's not really needed.

Artisan Job allows you to reach rank 16, and gives you a +1 for rank 17. Then you just need an item that gives you +1 to handicrafts like the Shipwright's Saw.

r18 HC is easy the problem is the r12 firearms XP probably helps a lot when making cannons but it will take a lot of work (or pos) to get to r12 firearm trading

Right now you cant even make these because the Storage Expansion Supplies needed isn't obtainable in GAMA yet.

iirc Storage Expansion Supplies and/or other similar items for +4 furniture was in tb or premium ticket long ago.

Just found one of these doing random search around Seville. Apparently it is an active item in the game.

Did you happen to notice whether or not it stated you had found this item which had been dropped by "player name"? I have found items such as this discarded in ports before, Seville included, but they were always thrown away by other players.

Yes... it did say dropped by "player name" when I found this item. I have been playing this game for three years have learned that not all items found in ports are discarded by players. The game randomly drops common & rare items all around. I once found four Bahamut's in Naples. Nobody throws away those, let alone four of them. My Search base rank is now lvl 13 and I've noticed an increase in finding rare items. It's my opinion, but boosters on my Search skill don't appear to make much of a difference. Higher base Search rank will find rarer items and will expand the search range.

Youd be shocked at items people toss. When i first started playing years ago that how i made my money. Searching busier towns and frequently used coast lines or routes in EU. 4 Bahmuts is something I would definately just toss if my inventory was full and didnt have time to transfer. Plus makes someone else who is less fortunate a couple bucks.
