                                                                                                    I believe you need to have invested in the port before it will show up. I wasn't able to find any information how much it is exactly, but try around 200-300k, and if that doesnt work, go for a 1 or 2 mil. Also, you need to have the R7 Handi AND R13 SB thats needed on you or else the recipe for it wont show up (it's acceptable to leech SB off of someone else if you dont have it).
