lol yeah... straight scamming. adding 100% is the minimum he puts on the prices he sells. talking to him is not even worth it unless youre desperate. he's one of the reasons why there's such a big inflation on nc ships.

You will pay a premium price when dealing with Servicio, but I have yet to hear of anyone not getting what they paid for. Before he/she came along scamming was rampant. 100's of millions would change hands only for the buyer to come up empty-handed.

If you don't like Servicio's system it is very easy to break. Make your own buyer/seller, set them in Seville and undercut prices until you force everybody else out of business or bring all prices down to your level.

Otherwise I'd suggest you quit griping.

And I feel strongly enough about it to put my real IGN up there too.

Do I think prices are too high? Yeah really I do, but until more people offer the same services for lower pricing there is absolutely no point in griping about it on a 3rd party website.

Getting what they paid for? People can work their ass off and get what they paid for for half of what he charges. So stop even defending the biggest joke you can trade with in the game. People even are willing to trade wit Savvia instead of him, what does that tell you?

He probably got it from coliseum, lot of good stuff on those chests, problem is available items on the chests changes randomly weekly.

Well, I think, this is easy to get...kinda...Spam Lima dungeon, spam colesium, get coins, wait till chest that drops this appears...buy some of the chests...open...hope for luck..works well together with lima and roman coins you get from there.And saves you 2b lol.

Will this recipe book ever be made available/obtainable on the GAMA server? There are a few other recipe books tagged as "UNOBTAINABLE" in ivyro as well, like "Special Sewing Designs for Celebs", and if they are going to be made available/obtainable, I'd like to know when, or, if not, why?

Well, we might someday see this recipe book available for sale on GAMA via the Astro Shop (it was part of a virtual pack for Japanese players). It would probably be reasonably pricey to offset the ease with which any players who owned the book could then produce the items from it. And perhaps with OGP selling certain ship parts in the Astro Shop, which I have no problem with BTW, maybe it won't be released, either.

However, I can't sadly picture the Special Sewing Designs for Celebs book ever being released for GAMA. The reason is, the outfits it yields have only been released in the past as TB/bottle/Astro Shop promotions; which would profit KOEI-TECMO and OGP while helping support the game monetarily more efficiently: selling a few recipe books that make virtually endless outfits players want, or releasing the outfits in the Astro Shop or bottles to encourage players' spending?

It's unfortunate to say the least, but as the Celebs book was only available to Asian players through virtual packs, on top of the subscription fees they have to pay just to play UWO... well, GAMA players still managed to come out ahead a bit, since the Celebs outfits aren't completely unobtainable.

No doubt it will boost sales of Astro when the book gets thrown into the bottle.

Could be planned for the future. Could be KOEI said "nope, not going to happen ever" and blew OGP off for passing on requests/suggestions for it. Could be a Kraken went rogue, ate the digital data, and the book is truly unobtainable for all time. There are some questions I suspect we may never have answered in this game... doesn't mean we can't keep nicely asking for this to be released one day, though.

No it's not. In fact, I think we asked the GM about releasing this book for us a long time ago (among others), but he said KOEI will not release this for us. Sad...
