People have been saying all over to NOT USE THIS ON PLAYER CRAFTED ITEMS. You didn't listen. Using them on gloves is about the dumbest thing I've heard, since they can be raised without NC. Put them on Vinland gear or General's Cloaks, uber items that can't be improved any other way.
And pay attention to the warnings, don't go crazy with them.

These tools can improve safely up to 60 times, from THE BASE stat of the item. If the base stat of an items is 40 and you normally reimprove it up to 100, using the tools will break it. Diferent is legendary weapons and general cloacks, that base stats are much higher. Of course, after around 60 improves even that stuff can easily broke

Ok so NM/CJ finally appologized let's hope they will not just work on cannons while forgetting about weapons and armors.
I mean +50 defense on 4 body equipments is +200 defense total & +50 on existing 100 attack weapons... That's just OP... If they don't do something about the already over-improved gears then put weapon/armour forging tools back on NC so we can all catch up (note: does not work on cannons as 2 shot ko is not catching up is just killing gameplay).

That is exactly why people want those OP gears, gears for bullying. Who doesn't like bullying/farming enemy to death? :D
For NPC, yes, fleeting is a great option, but there are a lot of shy people out there who always prefer soloing/multi-ing in order to prove "I am better than others, i don't need friends". For them OP gear might be useful.

Too bad they had these in the game for a while then took them out...Unfortunately they didn't reset the stats gained from them and refund the NC so you have ppl running around with gear that impossible to achieve or compete with I.E. God Gear.

UWO Reserve Bank sell ducats/ships/characters at the 2nd rate of $1=85m, whereas rolegold sell ducats only at the ridiculous rate $1=38m. Rolegolders are bankrupt and kill time here by bickering over their failure and over cooking their slanders:)

Does anyone already played any of OGPlanet games? They seem to have loads of games, but havent saw any from a mid/big publisher like koei among their titles, visited their forums and didnt like it, saw loads of unatended spams of some guy posting what suposed to be links to watch football and basketball games but that are probably virus, dunno if uwo will have a bright future with OGPlanet, i just wish them the best of luck.

Dont over pay for god gear. You may notice a bunch of forged items for sale on OG marketplace. It is not a coincidence. The OG shoppe will be reintroducing these items permantly to coincide with the 2nd Age release coming soon. On other servers that are more advanced then ours these items remain in cash shop. Dont waste billions now when you can soon buy your own tools for cash and even ducats from others. The god gear users have had there run, dont let them make money off you now so they can just rebuy items when prices drops.

You can oppose what you want. It goes with thr storyline made by Koei. Its not a question of will they be back but of when. Most of the current sellers of these forged gears as well as most the oroginal owners know about the storyline. Thjs is why they knew to buy them all in the first place. Im concerned that OGP doesnt seem motivated as well as NM was.
They has removed TB and stopped supllying highend ships and DSS/DGS.
No exp/prof bonus event has been held yet.
They even look as if they are willing to lose the chance to gain profit.

If everything can be played on the same leveled field and the game remains free with no NC/OG shops, it will be hard for OGPlanet to earn their income. All these improvement tools, like all the other NC/OG items are obviously OP so that it allows a player to remove "balance" and secure a win more easily against those who prefer a free game. All NC/OG items are OP if you think about it. You can have a very good ship with very good stats, ship skills and slots on the ship and you don't need a lot of levels to use it. All you do is pay real money for it. For players who prefer to play for free, they have to grind extremely hard to get enough resources to build their own ships of a lousier variant than those who simply pay for it. How is this fair to those at all to those who are playing for free. If everything is so unfair, might as well remove and make disappear every single NC/OG item in game forever. That way everything will be plain fair for everyone. There are boost NC/OG items to boost stats and levels as well as to make proficiency and skill gains more efficient and to bypass game limitations. How is that fair ? I doubt there is such thing as fair at all. One person's view of fair is another person's view of unfair.

Adding to Ming Mei's above statement: Seems pretty fair to me that if people decide to spend money on keeping a relatively obscure, under-appreciated game in business, they ought to get some sort of compensation for their troubles. Otherwise, what motivation do they have to invest in the game at all? Devotion to something they enjoy? Not very many folks would be that altruistic, myself included.
And if you can show me a single MMO that doesn't follow the model of "people that buy our cash items will have some sort of advantage over those who don't", I'll be... amused, because there's still going to be the 'unfair' advantage of those who've played and reached certain levels of power, versus those just starting out. (Or do you believe a 1/1/1 player wearing uber EQ could seriously trump a 75/75/75 player with maxed finesse and battle skills?)

These items need to be brought back. The only thing unfair is that some have them now and now one else can get them. On the Japanese server you can earn these in game so obviously they are balanced.

How do you know if a ship from the NC/OG shop is better than those from the default free in-game variants ? Go to the 'Ship' segment of this wiki and look it up. Compare Frigate and a Modified Frigate. A Frigate has 3 broadside, 0 Bow and 1 Stern slot for cannons. A Modified Frigate (NC/OG item) has 5 BROADSIDE SLOTS, 1 bow and 0 stern turret. A free ship that's default in game comes with 3 broad side cannon slots and you pay some money .... wow .... 5 broadside cannon slots. Let's say I mount Master's Cannon (16) on both ships. I could theoretically mount 48 M.Cannon.16 on a normal Frigate and 80 M.Cannon.16 on a paid Modified Frigate. I have not take into account the cannon limitations on both ships and other limitations. 80 cannons vs 48 cannons. 5 cannon slots vs 3 cannon slots. You know what I mean ? Look at other ships. Not just stats and skills and user requirements but their ship parts slots and the amount of sailors and cargo and all other stats.

Start storing your astros and prepare those will be back full power on the cash shop, unfortunately this is the easiest solution to the unbalance problems that were brought by the temporary sales of these items back then.......to remove every forged gear and canons to destroy em would require too much trouble to the GMs, and OGPlanet is cleary short handed, so the easiest solution to bring back balance and as a bonus earn some money is bringing back the tools to the shop so everyone can have their god gear and cannons....happy new year!!!! Enjoy the pay to win UWO!!!!!ho ho ho!!!!!

No nerfing would've been preferable to me as well. But just seeing them and their weapon boosting cousins back after all this time is pretty heartening.
