there's many things affect nations strength , im not sure myself so i can't say much , but territories and towns allied effect most , i think if u really wanna know it , just ask gm uwopolice :P

Just so you don't miss it again, NO. You cannot defect Ottoman with these. It will not work. You must do it the hard way. You cannot do it any other way. Is this clear enough? Secret defection application item will not work for defecting to Ottoman. I can probably figure out a few more ways to say it, just let me know.

2nd question i know already stated cannot use to defect to ottoman but can it be use in reverse , ottoman to any EU country ?

Yes it's tradable, and yes Otto players can use this to defect to any other European nation.

to see the order of the nations just press c and look bottom left
but keep in mind first nation displayed is allwais your belonging nation
