Hi, I have spoken to 2 other players whom have had their same Credit Card, they use for UWC, fraudulently used at a travel dealer in Taiwan, all within the past week. This is not a coincidence. I have posted this on Papaya Forum to see if we were the only ones, and Papaya deleted it and banned my future posts. Either they are complacent in this or in coverup mode.

Yes, it costs 10 mil now.

But in some towns with energetic status and Bank fee preference (you can check this info at City official) every time you make 1 check, you get 4 mil ducats compensation. so it costs you 6 mil instead of 10 mil :)

Just make sure you make 1 check at a time, otherwise you will not get compensation :)
