This is a great accessory for an Adventurer to keep handy. As stated by Averroes above, go to Entrance (of ruins) which is just north of the landing zone exit. Once at the Entrance to the ruins, turn and walk south to the broken ruins with the shorter of the chimney-looking broken ruins and hit search. While facing south along that area the Dinak Bracelet and ring were easy to get. You also can get the Maasai Necklace and Dull Scimiter, too.

A large stone house quest from Aden Adventure's Guild is required to allow entrance in the Inland Zimbabwe of Africa Southeast Coast. Once there, use Search at Pointed Boulder southwest of the entrance. I was able to get it using R4+4. It may need no less then R3+4.
