Yes, it says that already. You see, UWODB was updated some time ago so that equipment (like this) displayed multiple versions (if any) to sort through. At the same time, "Another Info #1" tool was also added.

If you click Info, you can see additional information, like where an item may be sold (and even how much it costs) or in the event it doesn't come from a shop, which quest/archive map/NPC it can be obtained from. It isn't immediately obvious at a glance, of course... it took me a while to get used to it. :)
