they are from a new MA collection. Not sure how to start it, but I did see Pempem has it competed already, so maybe we should ask her. I think the items are obtained through land plunder, but I'm not sure...

Although I posted a link to information on a JP blogsite under the Memorial Album section of the database, any and all information that Pempem, or others, could provide about this and the other MA items would be much appreciated.

I also saw Pempem's memorial album - i think these gloves are plunderable from rare NPC fleet.

The memorial album ones are plundered from a rare fleet of 4x Scoundrels. All of the asian blog resources I have seen tell you to plunder this in Bermuda waters, but I actually got it in Cape Cod waters near 13724, 2789.
