florentine recipe means you make it in florence, which means you're going to have to do the contribution thing at a craftsman to work up enough points. The cumulative roman coins part means you have to earn a set amount of roman coins before this will unlock so you can even see what it requires. And before you ask how many, i don't know, it doesn't say.
