Yesterday spent all day doing Nanban in Chongqing trying to get missing items for memorial albums - but didn't get this armour.

I got two of them earlier, sold both to friends @100 mil each. I'm pretty sure I could get more in Seville.

Can you get rewards by trading 50 trade goods to nanban?
I've tried with 50s but have not gotten any yet, is there a lower limit that you have to meet to get a reward?

yeah ive been trading 50s alot, doing ok, id say 1 in every 9 trades i get a gift. not sure if it helps but i use an EA ship with nanban trading skill to make the trades, cant hurt, but i think that only increases the cargo i get by 20%

i tried trading so i get 100+ contrib points see if that helps gift rate but it was the same as getting 35 points trading 50s. tbh i havent tried china yet. im acquiring the MA items needed for that EA armour secret notes book. i just need 1 book from china, taiwan and korea. i was hoping to get the charm of devine retribtutions but ive had 1 of those gifted to me in around 30 gifts ive received :( but i did get a few nice weapons and equipment which ill sell when i get back to EU. ive been at this for about a week now, used around 600 POs just to get the towns rapidly and start to try farm gifts. your trading skills, such as firearms trading for example, will help you recieve more bronze hand cannons(firearms) when you make a trade. check backstocks, recieve goods that are high and you hopefully have the trading skill to match. for those without high trading skills like myself its far easier to acquire EA goods from dungeons. shame there isnt a title like 'nanban trade merchant' which you could get once you have 200k overall contrib points gained that gives +20% to recieved goods, or increase gift awareded rate +10%

Could I get a current price check on this please? Also, is this any different than the White Fishscale Armour- Special? I recently saw someone in Seville shouting the Special version for sale for 800m, and I can't see any difference in stats between the 2 except that the Special one is white in color.

I generally have seen this go for anywhere between 150-250m, and (very rarely) Nanban reward armors like this have been known to be quick-sold for 100m in bazaars/company shops.

And as far as I can tell, the "Special" version is just something of a collector's item due to its unique color, and the fact that it was briefly sold in the Astro Shop. So unless that sort of thing suits your fancy, don't bother with it.
