Chapter 1 “Procurement of Cattle and Fish”
Deliver 50 cows and 30 barrels of king salmon to Naples Obtain
king salmon by fishing or from a private farm

Chapter 2 “Procuring Blue Ingredients”
Conversation in Rome → Deliver 100 barrels of blueberries to Naples

Chapter 3 “The true meaning of cooking”
Talk to Scappi at a bar in Rome

Chapter 4 "Opera"
Conversation with Scappi in Venice (on the bridge between President Shylock's mansion and the school building)
Ended with above

Completion also awards a +1 to [ Cooking max skill as well (r20 -> r21). Please keep in mind, you cannot complete more than one chapter per real life day. Cheers.

No real good fishing spot for King salmon, best spot i found is in West Bering Sea, around 7980/2420 (between the 2 most western islands). But still hard to catch, with fishing 20 and max fishing booster (Pet, Field activities 1+2, Fisher Boston skills) i got very few.

I would recommend getting it from the Unalaska farm or buying it in Company Shops from people who probably got it from that farm.

Blueberries for Chapter 2 one can get in Tacoma (needs West Coast of NA Permit) or in San Francisco (needs the same permit and this quest Searching Further for a New World done.
