what is the difference of dictionaries and notes? notes once you use they are gone, what about dictionaries? they have an effect and lose dura once you use?

High enough storage ranks give equipment with "Effect" a longer lifespan than consumables. 30 translation notes would only last 30 times, but a 30 dura dictionary could last twice as long.
