I've that quest......but where shall I find this amulet to deliver it to cairo?!
its said that its in luxor upper floor......but hell I did it many times all and nothing found!!!
Anybody here have a clue please?!

You know i had a very similar quest, said something about delivering amulet to DaVinci, I had to dump that quest.
I think you should take on that quest once you allready have the amulet in your inventory/bank/quarters.
Those quest dont seem like the others - "go there and search and you will get the reward"
Its when you allready have the thingy, you can at least get some benefits from it.

I got it from Luxor Upper B 3 Floor. The treasure boxes after killing the Boss drops this Amulet.
