You could, but why? It's much cheaper and easier to make 100 atk halberds. I don't think 1 point of sm is worth the expense for this one.

People make this in EA because you grind out there and all the materials to make them is in EA or india no need for sand and steel.
But the best thing is no need to have spear secrets and spear ultimate books. Good deal if you don't have the books or want more exp/skill points in EA

this is a good weapon for people who have maxed SP , but the problem is improved steel sheet r 3m each

steel sheet cost 0 ducats if you get green ore in Ceylon or somewhere near EA and make on your farm also in india or near EA
