Can be produced at your nation's secretary (located in your nation's palace) through a special production recipe, if:

1. You've played the Atlantis chain up through Solar Barge construction
2. You've made the Barge and visited Atlantis for the week (Atlantis moves every Monday at 10AM PST server time, resetting your Barge status for that week)
3. Your nation has enough Ancient Technology Research points (amount required seems to vary between nations)
4. Atlantis is actually in the game. If it's not, then steps 1 through 3 become impossible, and you'll have to either buy it from another player or wait for Atlantis to come back -- if it ever does. (Take heart; on JP servers, it returned every few months for one month at a time).

R10 Sewing
Ingredients: Cotton fabric x10, Embroidery Thread x5, Fine velvet x3

Stats:
+2 Foodstuffs trading
+1 Livestock trading
5k fame to equip, unisex.
