Aide Quarters Production - Casting -- requires 14th Century Adept of Ages title equipped, plus player's Casting skill at R14 to access (equipping skill boosts is okay) and a reserve Aide whose Casting is also R14 (if they have Casting skill, that gives them +5 boost)
