Just as a quick update, I think I've seen this outfit being worn in-game. If it is out, does anybody know what the stats are, and which Ganador fleet drops it?

This outfit is dropped (somewhat rarely) by the following Ganadors:

Gil Eanes

As all Ganadors are unique to certain time periods and possess strong battle skills, this may be more difficult for some to accomplish than others. Stats:

+2 Evasion
+2 Ballistics
+1 Guard
Unisex, 50k total fame to equip

Actually, a third Ganador can also drop this outfit: "エンリケ"

That translates to Enrique, or rather, Henrique of Sagres. He doesn't seem to exist in the database at this time. Future content, perhaps? Hmm.
