• This site does not say MFCV can be improved 9/9 it just lists it as 6/6 try pressing "calculator" (located under the rectangle box where the ship image and ship base stats are summarized) it will take you to improvement simulation page there you will see MFCV can be improved 6 times and MNG 8 times.
