                This was quite some time ago, but when the Europeans first came to these parts and saw the houses built on the lake, it is said that they remarked how it resembled Venice.
                And so this area came to be called "Venezuela". "Venezuela" means little Venice.

                    I was able to pull this quest off Portobelo without having Marracaibo discovered

                    In case you got stuck charting South Caribbean Sea because you need to discover something, this quest is repeatable even you already do the 2nd quest chain and the discovery location is just a bit south from Maracaibo that's located in South Caribbean Sea as well.

                    Alternative way if you hate waiting for hours just for the phenomenon there.
